One hand later, Woodhead raised again and was called by Michael Dix as well as Shivan Abdine in the big blind. The flop was checked through, Woodhead then bet the turn for 50,000. Only Abdine made the call and led for 60,000 when the appeared on the river. Woodhead gave it some thought and then released his cards into the muck.
In a battle of the blinds, Joris Ruijs checked the flop and called a bet of 15,000 by Brendon Rubie. The was checked through before Rubie then fired 66,000 on the river once the action was checked to him. Ruijs eventually called and then mucked when he was shown by Rubie, who had made a straight.
At the start of the tournament, randomly selected players were assigned a bounty and for the knockout, a prize of A$1,000 was up for grabs. Only Dennis Huntly remains with said prize up for grabs, he will get the money if he takes down the tournament though.
A couple of small pots have been traded without any major showdown. Brian Payne started the final table as shortest stack with 16 big blinds and hasn't made a move yet, Stephen Woodhead was at 20 big blinds.
