Today's $25,000 SHR Second Chance is a two-day affair and is the biggest buy-in that remains on the 2024 EPT Schedule. It offers unlimited reentries with eight 30-minute levels playing out on Day 1. Those who survive the day will advance to Day 2. Those that don't can still partake in the final day as registration will remain open until the start of play on Day 2.
Players will start with a stack of 250,000 and blinds begin at 500/1,000 with a 1,000 big blind ante. Today, there will be only one 15-minute break after Level 4 and no dinner break.
Shot clocks will also be in play from the start of the event, with players being allowed 15 seconds to act on their first decision, then 30 seconds in every subsequent decision in each hand.
A total of six time bank cards will be given to each player at the time they take their seat, then they will receive one additional time bank card at the start of every odd level.
