"Run Good Rania" Overtakes Kenjic on the Turn

Both players checked the 10?7?5? flop and the J? fell on the turn. Kenjic led out for 450,000 and Nasreddine called.
The river was the 4? and Kenjic fired out another 500,000. Nasreddine quickly called and Kenjic showed Q?10? for a flopped pair of tens. Nasreddine, though, had Q?J? for a pair of jacks on the turn.
