Hands #99-103: Action Slowing Down

Nvel 34 : 120,000/240,000, 40,000 ante

Hand #99: Andrew Teng completed from the small blind and Jonathan Dimmig checked his option. The flop came {9-}{7-}{2-} and Teng check-folded to a 400,000 bet from Dimmig.

The turn was the {9-Diamonds} and both players checked. The river was the {2-Spades} and once again they checked. Duke turned over {A-Clubs}{2-Clubs} which was good enough to take down the pot.

Hand #103: Teng opened for 555,000 from the small blind. Dimmig called from the big blind. The flop came {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}{6-Hearts} and both players checked.

The turn was the {7-Clubs} and they again checked. The river was the {5-Hearts} and Teng bet 275,000 and was called. Teng showed {K-Hearts}{8-Clubs} for a pair of kings and Demmig mucked.

Bradley Anderson Eliminated in 5th Place ($355,913)

Nvel 33 : 100,000/200,000, 30,000 ante
Bradley Anderson is eliminated in 5th place
Bradley Anderson is eliminated in 5th place

Hand #93: Jonathan Dimmig moved all in for approximately two million and was quickly called by Bradley Anderson. Anderson had Dimmig in bad shape as he held {A-Spades}{K-Hearts} to Dimmig's {K-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}. The flop changed all that, however, as it came {J-Spades}{8-Spades}{3-Hearts}. The turn was the {7-Clubs} and the river was the {4-Diamonds} and Dimmig scored a much needed double up.

Hand #94: Anderson limped in from the button and James Duke raised it up to 1.0 million from the small blind. Anderson called and the dealer put out a flop of {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}. Duke led out for another million and Bradley announced that he was all in. James snap-called and for good reason as he had {Q-Spades}{Q-Hearts}. Anderson had flopped top pair with his {A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}, but needed a miracle to stay alive.

The {4-Spades} gave Duke a full house. This also gave Anderson some hope, as any ace would give him a better full house. It was not to be, however, as the river was the {5-Clubs} and Anderson is eliminated in shocking fashion after being the commanding chip leader mere moments ago. Its position has now been undertook by Duke.

Hands #86-90: Grinding Away

Nvel 33 : 100,000/200,000, 30,000 ante

Hand #86: Bradley Anderson limped in first to act and Jonathan Dimmig raised from the small blind to 810,000. Anderson folded to give Dimmig the pot.

Hand #87: Bradley Anderson received a walk.

Hand #88: Jonathan Dimmig opened for 400,000. Bradley Anderson called from the small blind.

{10-Clubs}{10-Spades}{2-Spades} was the flop and Anderson checked to Deimig who bet 450,000. Anderson called. The turn was the {A-Diamonds} and Anderson check-folded to Dimmig's 700,000 bet.

Hand #89: James Duke opened for 400,000 from the small blind and Andrew Teng made the call out of the big blind. The flop came {A-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} and both players checked.

The turn was the {K-Clubs} and Duke bet 600,000. Teng folded.

Hand #90: Jeff Coburn started the action with a raise to 440,000. James Duke three-bet to 1.2 million. Coburn folded and Duke showed {K-}{K-} as he raked in the pot.

Hand #85: Teng Doubles Through Duke

Andrew Teng doubles up
Andrew Teng doubles up

Hand #85: Jeffrey Coburn raised to 460,000 and James Duke three-bet to 920,000. One seat over, Andrew Teng four-bet all in for 3.8 million and Coburn folded rather quickly. Duke took his time and eventually pushed chips to the middle of the table for a call. Showdown:

Teng: {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}
Duke: {K-Spades}{J-Spades}

The bad run of Teng on this final table seemed to continue when the dealer fanned the {10-Clubs}{K-Clubs}{8-Spades} flop. The {2-Clubs} on the turn now gave him a flush draw and the {9-Clubs} completed just that to give Teng an urgently needed double up.
