Baudry Bolstered

Nvel 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

With a raise in front of him, Salman Behbehani shoved his last ~40,000 into the pot from middle position. Eric Baudry was on the button, and after some time, he re-shoved over the top for about 100,000, maybe a tick less. That folded the initial raiser, and Behbehani let out a sigh as he figured his ace-jack was in bad shape. He was wrong.

Showdown
Behbehani: {A-Hearts} {J-Clubs}
Baudry: {A-Spades} {10-Clubs}

Oh! Ace-jack suddenly looked pretty good, but it didn't last long. The first three cards came {J-Hearts} {Q-Diamonds} {K-Spades}, flopping Baudry the joint and leaving Behbehani dead to runner-runner or a chop. The turn {5-Spades} was a blank, as was the {8-Spades} river, and that's the end of the road for another player.

We're down to 20 now, and Baudry is doing rather well with about 148,000 chips.
